I love Valentine's Day. I love to decorate and make things as girlie as possible! It is my one chance a year to really make things girlie! I know it won't last for long because the boys won't appreciate it much longer, but I will try to get away with it as long as I can! I decorate the table, make red heart shaped muffins, I put red heart ice cubes in the boys drinks, and I always make the boys a Valentine from me! The boys loved it again this year and Jaxson even asked for his homemade Valentine! I love to just shower them with love and to remind them of thier Heavenly Father's love for them!!
That night I had an exercise class to go to, and when I got home the boys had the house cleaned and all made me homemade Valentine's! It was the very best Valentine's gift ever! I am a pretty simple gal and it means a lot to me if you spend time and effort on something for me! Honestly a homemade card and cleaning the house means more to me then diamonds or flowers. That night me and my man got some chilli's to go and watched some bachelor! It was a great ending to the day!
The Valentine's I made for each one of the boys. It has the I Corinthians 13 verse on it!
My happy little guys! All with their muffins, heart shaped chalk, tissue paper flower pots the boys made for their teachers, and then I threw in the double nerf gun to add a little testosterone for my husband!
