In the midst of all our sickness chaos, there were some really sweet moments this Christmas with my two sick boys!! Jaxson reminded me on Christmas Eve that we better hurry up and make some cookies for Santa! So glad he remembered, because I totally forgot in the midst of taking care of two sick boys! Jaxson made sure to make extra reindeer food for Jantzen! I love how my sweet Jaxson thinks! He made sure to put a little bit of reindeer food on each square of the side walk all the way down to the mailbox! I slept in the boys room that night to listen for their breathing, about ever 30 min I would feel a blanket on my face, it would be Jax waving his blanket on me and asking me, "Mom, is Santa here yet!!" He did this throughout the whole night!!! When Jax woke up and got his stocking he saw that Santa left him a webkinz. His response was, "I can't believe it! Santa sure did checked his list twice!!!"
That night at dinner we asked the boys a question from one of our "Table Talkers." The question was, "If Jesus were on the earth right now, what would you want to do with Him?" Jaxson said, "I would want to go to the park and swing on the swings and have Him push me forever!" Jantzen said, "I want to make a snow man with Him!" What sweet and precious responses!!!
