I was asking Jaxson if he pottied before bed and he said, "Yes mom in the shower, but don't worry mom, the water cleans it out of the tub and then it goes down the drain to Egypt!"
Another funny conversation happened in the car.
Jantzen said, "Uncle Jess is so nice!" Jax, "Yea, he is funny!" Jantz, "When I get old like Uncle Jess I'm going to get real tattoo's just like him!" Jax, "When I get old like Uncle Jess I'm going to ride a motorcycle like Uncle Jess!"
Needless to say, Thanks Uncle Jess!
We were at McDonald's the other day and I had a run in with a very hateful/abusive man. (I won't go into detail but I will say he was being overly abusive verbally to his wife and grandchildren, telling them they were stupid.) I let him know I didn't appreciate how he was talking to them, he told me they were animals and deserved to be talked to that way. I went on to let him know that they did not and that he was a man who needed some self-control and so on...
The boys asked me why I did that and I told them that sometimes God uses us to talk to other people when we feel led to do so. I told them that man was not being very nice and he needed to know that it was not OK.
So we went to go play on the playground and I see Jantz give this girl a really mean look. I asked him why and he told me she was not being very nice! I told Jantz that he needed to show her God's love and to not give her a mean face.
So he walks over to her and I hear him say, "I'm suppose to show you God's love and God and Bailey do not like what you did!" (Bailey is our dog who is now in heaven!) So he was being just like his momma and telling her that God and bailey were not happy with her! It was so funny!
Here are some sweet conversations:
One thing that our boys have been saying lately that I love is, "Mom or Dad, I love you to heaven and back!"
Jaxson told us the other day, "Mom, I can see what God and Jesus look like."
Me, "I believe you can!"
Jax, "No, really I can see what their faces look like in my heart. God and Jesus look a lot alike, I promise!"
I totally believe that the Lord has revealed Himself to my sweet Jaxson!
Jax, "Mom, do you know how we can tell when someone make a bad choice?? It rains, because God is sad and He is crying."
Silly Conversations:
I was talking to the boys about how one day Jesus is going to return and he is going to come down from Heaven riding on a chariot of horses and he is going to defeat satan and all who beleive in Jesus are going to go up to Heaven with Him!
The boys were so excited! Jantzen said, "When I go up to Heaven I'm going to get my bike and come back down and ride over satan and smush him!"
Jaxson said, "Jesus is going to need a sword and a gun to fight Satan!"
Jantz, "Yea, then Jesus can cut satan into 109 pieces!" (I was a little worried about the graphic nature of Jantzens comment!)
So I told the boys, you know I bet all He would have to do is use His words to defeat satan! Just like how God created all things with only His words, I bet God could just say satan die and he would be dead!
Jantzen said, "Yea, God can say satan die and be cut into 109 pieces!" (Now I was really worried about Jantzens graphic image, so we changed the subject!!)
Jax, "When I get to heaven I am going to ask God where Target is and I am going to pick out the biggest lego power miner and it will be for free!!!"
