Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had quite the Halloween week! We started it off by going to the Story Book Forest at Lake Arcadia! They had a trail set up that went through the forest. You had to walk through these castle doors to enter the forest, then there were about 15 stops, at each stop was a famous story book scene and a bucket of candy!! At some of the stations, there were little kids reading the story. The boys absolutely loved it! We didn't have to carry them the whole time! (And if you know our boys, they like to be carried EVERYWHERE!) Then after we walked through the forest, we took a tractor ride by the lake, then we sat by a fire and roasted some marshmallows! The boys loved the tractor ride! Jantz kept saying, "Cool Tractor!" The boys loved the fire, they kept trying to warm their hands. Jantzen especially loved roasting marshmallows! When we sat down by the fire, Jantzy kept saying, "Too, Too!" We had no idea what he was saying, so we asked our interpreter Jaxson what he was saying and Jax let us know he was saying tool! He was calling the stick you use to roast marshmallows a tool! Half of the time he didn't even have a marshmallow on his "tool!" The boys had the best time there! We didn't get home till 10 that night!!!

Off to a pumpkin patch!!! The boys had a great time here! They went up and down, and up and down the HUGE slide with their daddy! Jax kept saying, "Watch me, watch me," before he went down each time!!! Jantzy just loved the big pumpkins! He tried with all of his little might to pick one up, when he couldn't, he threw his hands up in the air and said, "Too heavy!" Jaxson took it upon himself to get a pumpkin for his brother, it was pretty sweet! He was worried Jantzy would get a pumpkin. The boys both got to ride a pony! Jaxson got to ride the biggest one, and Jantzy got to ride the one behind it! It was so nice, especially when the huge horse in front of Jantzen and I decided to poop on our horse!!

On Monday we had a Fall play day at church, the boys ran around with their neighbor and just had a fun time making crafts and playing!!! We enjoyed painting the pumpkins we got from church later that evening! For Halloween we took them to the church's festival. The boys played games, then we went to and awesome praise and worship time. The boys danced and sang, and had a great time! Then we walked around the church and got so much candy that our buckets were overflowing!!!! You will see that it only took ONE pixie stick to send Jantzy into a sugar high!!!!!!
