Our little Jantzen is growing up so much! We have so much fun watching him grow and constantly learn things from his big brother, and that is so evident in the little things now...
His vocabulary seems to be expanding every day, but in typical 22-month-old banter, it is similar to a foreign language that you will only know if you have been around it all the time. Our sweet littlest guy loves animals so much, even if he doesn't say it perfectly!
We got a toy a couple weeks ago, and Jaxson was playing with it quite a bit. After a little bit, for some reason it began to scare Jantzen... we only knew this when we deciphered his soft 4 word sentence he kept repeating...
"No! No nake... no nake! Nake carry!"
Which, of course, means "No snake! No snake! Snake scary!"
Now he has these puzzles that he has absolutely mastered, and it is full of little animals to match up. He also has this hilarious "southern drawl" that is audible when he tells you where the animal is... Here are a few that he says that crack us up anytime we hear it...
"Ess a hicko rite day-urr!"
That's a hippo right there!
"Ook! An ell-fee!"
Look! An elephant!
"Aww... a bee-brah..."
"Aww, a zebra..."
