A fun day with Grandi and Grandpa

Grandi and Grandpa came into town today to spend the day with us! They got into town early and we went to Church together! The boys were so excited to show them their classrooms! It was so cute watching the boys walk up to church with their little backpacks on, just leading the way to the children’s area. Normally when we walk into church the boys are holding our hands, but not this Sunday, they were running! The boys did great at church and we had a good time as well. After church we went down town and grabbed some lunch at Sonic, then headed off to the baseball game! Jantzen wouldn’t allow anyone but Grandpa to sit next to him at lunch.

We walked around the ballpark for a while! As we walked around we went by the Redhawks bullpen, the boys love to watch them practice! Two years ago we took the boys and Jaxson went over to the bullpen to watch them throw, he looked at Jaaf and I and said, “Look, real baseball players!!” This time we were watching them practice and Jaxson said, “Dad, do you want to go play!”

We had a great time at the game, Jantzen danced and shook his little booty every time music played and Jaxson loved to cheer on both teams! After the game, we went back home and played with the fun new toys that Grandi and Grandpa bought the boys! Jaxson got to show G & G how good he has gotten on his bike. He also wanted to show Grandpa how he could spin out his Gator!! I think he made his Grandpa proud!

That night Jaxson was praying and he said, “Mom, ask God to tell Grandi and Grandpa to come back in three days!”Jantzen eating with his Grandpa!
