So after we had our little Christmas, we headed to Tulsa to spend the day with Jaaf's family! We had to stop at McDonald's on the way and I had the boys pass out the candy cane ornaments they made to the workers at the drive through! The boys thought it was fun to hand them out and say Merry Christmas, and I am sure it brightened up a few of the workers day! We also stopped at Sonic on the way home and did the same thing!! It was fun and reminded the boys that today was not about them getting gifts, but giving to others!
We got to Tulsa and had fun with Jaaf's Mom and Bob and Uncle David! The boys had so many toys I was starting to worry if we could get it all home!! =) We were blessed for sure! We then went and saw Aunt Eva and then Jaaf's Grandparents! Little Jett did not have a nap all day and by this time it was about 4:00 and he was done! I've never seen him that upset in a very long time! ALmost reminded me of when he was a newborn! I had to drive him around the neighborhood to calm him down while Jaaf and the older boys were inside with the family. He finally calmed down so I took him inside and sure enough he screamed bloody murder again! So we had to leave! We hated having to leave to soon!! The little booger cried the whole way home! It was a fun drive home! =)
It was an amazing Christmas and our family blessed us beyond belief this year and we are so very thankful for each one of them! Above all we are thankful for our Savior!
