So today my sweet Jantzen turned 5 1/2!! I can't believe he is already 5 1/2! This year is going to be huge! We will be going to Kindergarten and starting in the Konnect group at Church! I just can't believe it! I am going to try and not think about it, because I will start crying!!
So today we celebrated my Jantzen! He woke up to awesomely fun pancakes and a little present! We then had a couple friends come over to play on our inflatable slide! The boys all had a great time together doing what boys do, AKA; sword fights, water gun fights, ninja wars, and so on! I am just thankful no one got hurt!
After our friends left I took Jantzen to go pick out a small toy! Then we met some more friends at the Grove pool to celebrate Jantz! We were the only ones there so we had the pool all to ourselves! It was awesome!!! Jantzen kept saying this is the best day ever!! He had a fun time and it was all about him today!!! A couple nights ago Jantzen wrote out a list that said what he wanted for his half birthday. It was for a little stuffed animal! He then went on to tell me that I had to sleep with the list so that I wouldn't forget what he wanted!! I love that boy and the way he thinks!! So precious!
Today I am so very thankful that God gave me my sweet Jantzen Forrest Gassid! What a joy and blessing he is to me and our family and really everyone he meets!! Thank you God for Jantzen! Bless him! Grant him wisdom! Draw him close to you! May his desire be to follow you all the days of his life!!! Thank you for blessing me with such a precious gift!!!

I love this pic! This is a pic that you could say 1000 words about! First you have the extremely excited Jantzen that is basically saying back off of my cupcake boys!
