Best Friends!

This afternoon, Jaxson woke up from his nap before Jantzen did. I went in there and just laid down with Jax so that he wouldn't wake up Jantzen. After a while I asked Jax if he wanted to go into the living room with me. He said, "No mom, I am going to stay in here so that I can protect Jantz!" It just warms my heart when I hear that! I love that about my sweet Jaxson, he is a protector!

So tonight Jaaf was reading the boys a story about Lightening McQueen and Mater, and how they are best friends, then Jax said, "Just like Me and Jantzy are best friends!" I pray that they will always be best friends! So many nights we have prayed that God would just give them a very special bond, and that they would be the best of friends! It is fun to watch God already mold that in them!

I just went into the boys room because Jaxson was calling for me. He said that his finger was itching, so I scratched it for him, then I told him that it was time to go to sleep. He said, "But mom, we are being very quiet, we whispered when we were singing." I said, "what were you singing?" "ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," he said. I love it because so many nights they sing together! It is so sweet to watch them and listen to them on the monitor! What an absolute gift they are to Jaaf and I, we get little blessings from God every day in just the little things that they do!
