The List!

On many days my sweet Jaxson LOVES to makes lists of the things he wants to do for the day!!! He is a boy after my own heart! Usually the list goes something like this....

1. Eat breakfast

2. Play with toys

3. Go to park

So today we were watching something on TV and a commercial came on for Sea World. The commercial was showing how you can swim with dolphins. Jaxson saw the TV and with much excitement said, "Mom, I want to go swim with the dolphins!" I told him that I have always wanted to go swim with the dolphins and that some day we would do that together.

So he decided to make a list. He said, "First we will go to Heaven, then we will swim with dolphins, and then we will have a parade!" I thought that sounded like a pretty good day to me! Jaxson has always had a deep desire to go to Heaven! His fascination started about 6 months ago, I told him that Heaven is so beautiful it even has streets made of gold. Jax would ask and even beg me everyday if he could go up to Heaven walk on the golden streets, and then go to Jesus's house, (which he thinks is a stable!). There was even one day while we were driving that he asked me if I could push the up button in my car, so that it could take us straight to Heaven!! That would be a pretty cool car! So the thing that I love about his sweet list is that on Jaxson's most perfect day he would choose to go to Heaven first, then swim with the dolphins, and then have a parade! I wanted to tell him that we could probably swim with dolphins in Heaven and have a parade in Heaven too! I was just afraid that my sweet Jaxson would not want to stay on this earth for one more second!!! =)

How amazing it will be to see Heaven in all of it's wonder and beauty one day! We can't even begin to understand it's beauty! The Creator of color, of beauty, of splendor, the Creator of All, how glorious it is going to be.

The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it. Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life."
