Potty Training!

So our sweet little Jantzy is in the midst of some heavy duty potty training! He is doing so well, and it doesn’t take much to motivate him! With Jaxson we had to bribe him with some serious fun toys! We joke and say we almost went bankrupt while Jaxson was potty training!! Jantzen a simple m&m will do! It is funny to watch the differences between your kids when they start to go through the same thing that the older one went through! Jaxson was terrified of the big potty, so we had to buy a baby potty! Even the baby potty scared him for a long time! The first time we brought out the little potty for Jantz he sat right down and went to the bathroom! It took us 6 months of convincing for Jaxson! Jantzen no longer wants the little potty because he says they are for babies! The struggle we are having now with Jantz is that he is absolutely terrified to poop on the potty! We have a big train sitting in the bathroom and we have told him that if he poops in the potty he can have it! You would think that would work, but no he is satisfied with just looking at the box! Jaaf and I laugh because when we did that with Jax, he would sit on the potty for three hours so that he could have the toy!!! He is doing great and my mom reminded me that he will not be going to college still pooping his pants! Hopefully!!=)

This is Jantzen refusing to go poop in the potty, so we told him that if he is going to go poo-poo in his pull-ups, then he has to do it in the bathroom! He asked for a pillow, his blanket, and his Thomas lap top to make it more comfortable!!!!
