Homeward Bound!

I can't even begin to tell you about this crazy 24-48 hours home! How we barely made it on to each flight. How we were seriously 45 minds late to one plane and they still held it for us, how we had to Run like we have never ran before through the huge airports to make each flight, how we had to have full body searches, custom searches, and so on, but God was faithful and by His hand we made it home safely to the arms of our families. Sitting on a plane for 24 hours gives you plenty of time to reflect on all that God did! God was ever so present with us and I am forever thankful that He allowed me to see Him, to see His presence, to see His goodness. Thank you God for watching over us, for protecting us, for using us. All Glory and honor to You for all the great things You have done!

We made it to our final plane!!!! If we would have missed this one, some of us would have had to spend the night in Chicago! No fun!!!

At this point we were all getting so giddy!!! We couldn't wait to hug our babies!

Our life Group brought balloons and cards for me for every day for the next week to help me come off of the "High" of being in a 3rd world country. It is very hard to see all that we have and to know how much less others have. So having the encouraging letters everyday really helped.
