Spy Wednesday

Today was spy Wednesday. It was the day that Judas got 30 silver coins in exchange to tell the soldiers where Jesus was. Like last year I put clues all over the house and the boys had to be secret spies and find all of the missing eggs! Each egg had a silver coin in it! After we finished finding all of the eggs we opened them up , got the coins out, and decided that we wanted to be good spies for Jesus and give back the silver coins to Him. We took them to church and then knelt at the cross and thanked God for one thing! Jaxson prayer was, “Dear God, thank you for this beautiful new day. Thank you God that my daddy comes home tomorrow!” Jantzen thanked God for his family. After that we went to the a garden store to pick out some flowers. I had the boys be spies again and try to find a flower that would rhyme with ink, or shoe, or bed. They thought it was great fun! Thank you God for all of your beautiful creation, Thank you Lord for your son, Jesus who died for us! God we love you and thank you!“Then one of the Twelve—the one called Judas Iscariot—went to the chief priests 15and asked, "What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you?" So they counted out for him thirty silver coins. 16From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over.” Matthew 26:14
Getting ready to go on our secret spy mission!

And they are off!!!!!!!!!!
