Ahhh New Years when you have kiddos!!! So this year for New Years we did something fun with the kiddos. I got the idea from a friend. We set out a few bags and in each bag was something for the kids to do or for the family to do together. Example, 1st bag they opened had a piece of paper in it that said, "Ice-Cream for Dinner!! Let the party begin!" It also had party blowers in it for the boys to use on the way there! The next bag was "It's game time!" One bag said, "It's goal time!" We sat down and as a family we talked about what kind of goals we would like to set for next year and what kind of goals as a family we would like to accomplish. Our last bag was "It's Movie Time!" and it had popcorn and candy in that bag! We sat down and watched a movie and then put those boys to bed!!!
We skyped with our friends for 2 hours, which is way too long, but we just couldn't stop laughing! It was a great New Years Eve and I am sooooo excited and sooooo anxious to see what God does in 2011.
